Paper Documents Generator
Tick one form or several, then Make documents. You answer the questions once — the address and unit for every form — and each form is filled in and starts on its own sheet of paper, ready to print.
Resident Entry
For now, until residents have their own accounts: put each resident in their apartment, so they show on the rent register. Only the apartment is needed; everything else is optional. An apartment can have more than one resident - add each one.
Monthly Rent Register
Every unit, with its tenants’ names, email and phone, and a line to write the date the month’s rent was received. Print one each month. Each apartment opens its rent ledger: the year month by month, with the rent, any deposit, Paid and comments, and the years before it.
Legal
The research log is the trail behind each lease clause — which sources were actually read, how thoroughly, and what was decided, appended to as clauses change so an attorney can get back to the primary source. The checklist is what Louisiana and Orleans Parish require that the lease does not yet cover, a section-by-section pass over the lease, and the open items on the security deposit, application and plaster walls addendum. The checklist has not been checked by an attorney.
Reports
Every house, each unit in it and who lives there, with vacant units and leases ending soon marked.

Plaster walls addendum
For a lease at 1523 St. Andrew St. signed before the lease had its plaster walls section — the same plaster rules, as an addendum the Lessee signs.
